  • CricLineAds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.

4. PAYMENTS

  • CricLineAds operates on a prepaid advertising credit system.

  • Advertising campaigns begin only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Payments are accepted through the payment methods available on our website.

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Unused advertising credits may expire after 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

5. ADVERTISING POLICY

Advertisers must ensure that all advertisements comply with applicable laws and our advertising guidelines.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal products or services

  • Adult or pornographic content

  • Gambling where prohibited by law

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

  • Violence or graphic content

  • Fake news or misleading information

  • Weapons or explosives

  • Tobacco, drugs or controlled substances

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Copyright-infringing material

6. LANDING PAGE REQUIREMENTS

Advertisers are responsible for the quality and safety of their landing pages.

Landing pages must not:

  • Contain malware or malicious scripts.

  • Automatically redirect users.

  • Generate unwanted pop-ups or pop-unders.

  • Play audio automatically.

  • Collect user information without consent.

  • Promote fraudulent or misleading offers.

CricLineAds reserves the right to suspend campaigns directing users to non-compliant landing pages.

7. PUBLISHER GUIDELINES

Publishers participating in the CricLineAds network must not display advertisements on websites containing:

  • Adult content

  • Illegal downloads

  • Pirated software

  • Hate speech

  • Violence

  • Fake traffic

  • Bot-generated traffic

  • Copyright infringement

  • Malware

  • Excessive advertising

  • Any illegal activity

Traffic generated through bots, traffic exchanges, click farms, or automated software is strictly prohibited.

8. CAMPAIGN DELIVERY

While CricLineAds strives to deliver advertising campaigns efficiently, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific impressions

  • Click-through rates (CTR)

  • Conversions

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Search engine rankings

Campaign performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

9. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Completed advertising campaigns

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activity

  • User error after campaign activation

If a technical issue occurs due to CricLineAds, eligible refunds or advertising credits may be provided at our discretion.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, logos, graphics, software, designs, trademarks, and branding belong to CricLineAds unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or reused without written permission.

11. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Interfere with website operations.

  • Abuse promotional offers.
